Lysa Sinpaseuth - Marketing Manager - Laos

Switzerland was the dream destination that I chose to study the major of hotel and tourism management. Until now I still cannot believe that I really graduated. It seems like yesterday that I was busy on doing my assignments at HTMi.

Now, here I am, a graduate student. I studied from the very first level to Bachelor of Science. After, HTMi appointed me to be the marketing manager in Vietnam and Laos for one year. I am thankf ul for HTMi that giving me the golden opportunity to work at the management level. My tasks were mainly
representing HTMi to organize promotional events, presenting at seminars and exhibitions, assisting in counseling students and searching for new methods of marketing the HTMi brand. During one year doing this work, I tried very hard and learned so much in term of practical knowledge. I know now, in the employment world it is tough; however, I love it and it is just a kick-start of my career in hospitality industry. There is still a long way to go, and I am definitely looking forward for it.
